Shopify Growth & E-commerce Marketing
Turn Your Shopify Store Into a Growth Engine
NAXATECH helps Shopify brands improve visibility, increase conversions, and build scalable e-commerce growth through Shopify optimization, SEO, CRO, paid advertising, and full-funnel strategy.
Capabilities
The real constraint
Your Store Can Have Traffic and Still Struggle to Sell.
Traffic is only the first of six things that have to work. Most stores lose revenue several steps after the click — and no amount of extra traffic fixes that.
Six layers sit between a click and a completed order. Revenue is capped by the weakest one.
Traffic
Sessions arriving from search, social, email and paid channels. Easy to buy, easy to measure, and the least predictive of revenue on its own.
Visibility
Whether the store appears at the moment of intent — in organic results, in Shopping, and increasingly inside AI answers. Visibility decides which traffic you get for free.
User experience
How quickly a visitor can understand the range, find the right product and reach checkout on a phone. Friction here quietly taxes every channel you pay for.
Trust
Whether a first-time buyer believes the order will arrive, fit, and be supported. Missing proof, unclear policies and thin product content read as risk.
Conversion
The percentage of sessions that become orders, and the average value of those orders. This is where store work compounds against every acquisition dollar.
Revenue
The outcome the other five produce. We work backwards from it rather than optimising channels in isolation.
The NAXATECH Growth System
Growth Happens When Every Part of the Store Works Together.
Most stores are optimised in fragments — ads in one place, SEO in another, the product page left alone. We work the five stages as one system, because a weakness in any stage caps everything after it.
01 Discover
Discover
Be present where demand starts. We build the organic and AI-search footprint that puts the store in front of people describing the problem, not just the brand name.
02 Attract
Attract
Bring qualified visitors in at a cost the margin can carry. Search, Shopping, Meta and content are matched to intent rather than run as separate budgets.
03 Experience
Experience
Make the store easy to understand and easy to buy from. Navigation, product pages, trust signals and mobile performance are treated as revenue infrastructure.
04 Convert
Convert
Remove friction and sharpen the offer. We test the decision points that change conversion rate and average order value, then keep what holds up.
05 Grow
Grow
Turn one order into a customer. Retention, measurement and continuous optimisation decide whether acquisition spend becomes a business or a treadmill.
Each stage has its own measures, and each one hands something to the next. That is what makes the work compound instead of cancelling out.
Services
Twelve Disciplines, One Commercial Objective.
Engagements are built from the services below. Most stores start with two or three, sequenced so the earliest work makes the later work cheaper.
Signature engagement
Shopify Growth
Our core engagement combines the disciplines that only compound when they run together — search visibility, store experience, conversion and paid acquisition, governed by one strategy and one set of numbers.
Shopify Store Optimization
Structure, speed, merchandising and trust across the whole storefront — the foundation every other channel depends on.
View service 02Conversion Rate Optimization
Find where sessions stall, then remove the friction and sharpen the decision points that change conversion rate.
View service 03Product Page Optimization
Turn product pages into complete buying decisions: content, structure, proof, imagery and the questions that block purchase.
View service 04Shopify SEO
Rank for the terms that carry buying intent, with collection and product architecture built for how people actually search.
View service 05Technical SEO
Crawling, indexation, site architecture, structured data and Core Web Vitals — the mechanics search engines judge you on.
View service 06Answer Engine Optimization
Structure content so search features and assistants can quote the store as the answer, not just list it as a link.
View service 07Generative Engine Optimization
Build the entity, content and citation footprint that AI search tools draw on when they recommend products.
View service 08Google Shopping
Product feed quality, Merchant Center health and campaign structure so the right products appear against the right queries.
View service 09Google Ads
Search, Shopping and Performance Max built around margin and intent rather than raw click volume.
View service 10Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram acquisition with creative and audience structure designed for cold traffic economics.
View service 11Social Media Marketing
An organic presence that builds recognition, feeds paid creative and gives returning customers a reason to stay close.
View service 12Sales Funnel Optimization
Map the whole journey — discovery, consideration, checkout, post-purchase — and fix the stage that is actually leaking.

We Don't Just Drive Traffic. We Improve What Happens After the Click.
Any agency can buy you sessions. The difference shows up in what those sessions do next — and that is decided by the store, not the ad account.
Search visibility
Being present when demand appears — in organic results, in Shopping, and inside the AI answers that increasingly sit above them.
Store experience
Navigation, speed, product content and mobile behaviour treated as commercial infrastructure rather than design preference.
Conversion
Systematic work on the decision points that change conversion rate and average order value, tested rather than assumed.
Acquisition
Paid channels structured around margin and intent, so growth is not bought at a cost the business cannot carry.
Optimization
A continuous loop of measurement and iteration, because the winning version of a store is found, not designed once.
- One strategy across search, store and paid — not three disconnected retainers
- Work prioritised by commercial impact, not by what is easiest to report
- Changes documented so you keep the reasoning, not just the deliverable
- Measurement built before the work starts, so results are attributable
Process
Five Steps, Run in Order.
The sequence matters. Diagnosing before implementing is what stops an engagement becoming a list of tactics nobody can measure.
Understand the business
The business model, margins, audience, products and goals — and what the store is expected to deliver over the next two to four quarters.
Find the real constraint
A structured review across SEO, CRO, UX, technical foundations and acquisition to locate what is actually capping revenue.
Prioritise by impact
Opportunities ranked against business objectives, effort and dependency, so the first work makes the next work cheaper.
Execute across store and channels
Changes shipped to the storefront and the marketing channels, documented as they go so nothing becomes tribal knowledge.
Measure and iterate
Performance reviewed against the numbers agreed at the start, with the next cycle of tests planned from what the data shows.

What happens next
We review the store, then send back a written read on the priorities we would address first — with no obligation to work with us.
What the audit covers
Eight Areas, Reviewed in Order of Commercial Impact.
Every audit looks at the same eight areas so findings can be compared and prioritised rather than listed at random.
SEO
Search visibility and technical foundations — what the store can rank for today, and what is preventing it.
CRO
Conversion opportunities and friction, from landing behaviour through to the final step before checkout.
Product pages
Content, structure, trust and the buying experience on the pages where the decision is actually made.
UX
Navigation and customer journey — how quickly a visitor understands the range and finds the right product.
Mobile
Responsive experience and usability where most e-commerce traffic now arrives and most of it leaves.
Google Shopping
Merchant and product visibility, feed quality and the data that decides whether products appear at all.
Trust
Credibility and purchase confidence — proof, policies, support signals and the things a first-time buyer checks.
Sales funnel
The customer journey from discovery to purchase, and which stage is losing the most qualified demand.
Documented work
We Publish Work the Way We Run It — With the Reasoning Attached.
A NAXATECH case study shows the diagnosis, the decisions and the measurement, not a screenshot of a spike. Published engagements appear in the case study library as clients approve them.
Challenge
What was actually constraining revenue, stated plainly, including what had already been tried.
Strategy
The reasoning behind the plan and why that sequence was chosen over the alternatives.
Implementation
What was shipped, in what order, and who owned each part of the work.
Before and after
The state of the store and the channels at both ends of the engagement.
Results
The metrics agreed at the start, measured the way they were defined at the start.
Client view
The client's own account of the engagement, published only with their permission.
Resources

Questions
The Questions We Are Asked First.
Pricing, timelines and how an engagement actually runs. The full list covers twenty-plus questions in detail.
It depends on the lever. Conversion and product page work can show movement within the first few weeks because it affects traffic you already have. Paid acquisition changes read within days once there is enough volume. SEO and AI-search visibility are slower — meaningful movement usually takes three to six months, and compounding beyond that. We say which timeline applies to each piece of work before it starts.
Our implementation work is Shopify-first, because that is where we can move fastest and most safely. Strategy, SEO and paid acquisition work can apply to other platforms, but if the store is not on Shopify we will tell you honestly whether we are the right partner rather than stretch to fit.
Scoped projects for defined pieces of work, such as a store optimisation sprint or a product page rebuild, and monthly engagements for work that compounds, such as SEO, CRO and paid acquisition. Pricing depends on store size, catalogue complexity and how many disciplines are running. You get a written scope with deliverables and a cost before anything begins.
Access to the store, analytics and any ad accounts in scope, one decision-maker who can approve changes, and a clear view of your margins. The audit itself needs nothing but the store URL.
Yes. It exists because it is the fastest way for both sides to find out whether there is a real opportunity and whether we are a fit. You get the findings whether or not you work with us.
The people who scoped it. NAXATECH is deliberately small, so the person who diagnoses the store is involved in the implementation and reporting rather than handing it to an unnamed team.
